Self-Defense Basics
Men, Women and Young Adults
Would you know what to do in the event of an attack? If you want to make every bully, rapist and robber think twice before attacking you, then you must take this course. The key to this class is its simplicity. You’ll learn the only set of skills you’ll ever need to defend yourself against attackers no matter how over-matched you are in size, strength, or skill. There is no intense training, no long months of practice required. The few skills you learn (quickly) easily adapt to any situation, against any attacker. And the best part: you can learn these skills almost instantly, even if you’re out-of-shape and have no previous self-defense training at all ... guaranteed!
