  1. Open the front door to the cart and press the button on the front of the Dell COMPUTER to turn it on.
  2. To turn on PROJECTOR press the DISPLAY ON button. ON will flash and is ready when the light is solid on. The projector will auto focus and auto adjust the image.
  3. Press the appropriate button of the device that you wish to use, PC, VCR, DVD, LAPTOP, AUX VIDEO or DOC CAM.
  4. To insert a DVD or VCR, open the front of the cart and insert your DVD or VCR into the player.
  5. DVD or VCR is controlled by the DVD & VCR Control pad on the right. Press the labeled button to operate the DVD or VCR. The tuner buttons move up and down in DVD menu option pages.
  6. To remove or insert the DVD or to EJECT the VHS tape, press the eject button.
  7. SOUND is turned up and down with the VOLUME rotary knob. If the upper red light flashes you are too high and need to lower the volume slightly. Sound follows the input source that you select.
  8. The document camera is located in the pull out drawer on the left side of the cart.
  9. There are LAPTOP, network, power and AUX VIDEO connections on the input plate to the right of the DVD/VCR control panel.
 
Please DO NOT turn off the main power switch inside the cart.
Turn off the components, computer and DVD, individually.

  1. Raise the camera Head to full extension
  2. Raise the light arms and turn the lights to point to the base platform
  3. Turn the unit on by pressing the power button and holding till the light flashes
  4. Make sure that the Data Projector display is on by Pressing the display ON button on the desktop control panel
  5. After the ON button stops flashing and the projector has auto focused then press the DOC CAM button on the desktop control panel
  6. Place you item to be displayed on the surface and zoom in until you have a full screen image of your displayed item.
 
 
Notes: For maximum zoom, pull the camera head to it’s full extension. 
For best clarity, zoom in until you have a full screen image of what you want to view.
