Student Computing
Student computing at OCC is supported by the Administrative Services Department and District Information Technology.  The goal is to assist OCC students with access to campus computers, printing services, and wireless networking.
The primary open access computer facility on campus is located in the Computing Center of the Math, Business and Computing Center building (MBCC – building 74).
Additional open access computers are also available in the Learning Resource Center (the campus library – building 182).
Besides these two open access facilities there are more than 30 computer equipped academic labs and student service areas on campus.
PCs and Macintosh computers are available to students at both the MBCC Computing Center and the Learning Resource Center at the library.
Document and image scanning services are available at no charge.  Photocopying services (black & white and color) and document & image printing services (black & white and color) are available for a nominal fee.  There is a campus wide pay-for-print system in many locations for both photocopying and printing.
Staff members are available at the MBCC Computing Center Information Desk and the Learning Resource Center to answer your questions and help you recover access to (reset) your Student Network Account.  The Student Network Account is used to access computers on campus and to connect to the campus wireless network.
OCC provides wireless networking access throughout most of the campus.
