How To Apply for EOPS/CARE

The EOPS/CARE program has closed the application process for fall 2014 because the program is completely full now and we are unable to accept or process any more applications.

The Spring 2015 EOPS Application will be available online starting on Monday, November 10, 2014.

You must have completed an application to OCC and an application for the B.O.G.W. fee waiver (completing the FAFSA includes the B.O.G.W.). There are a limited number of spaces available in EOPS. Applications will be reviewed on first come first serve basis.
However, there are specific qualifications that allow students to apply to EOPS any time during the semester, such as CalWORKs recipients, DSPS, current or former Foster Youth, Veterans, or CARE (If you are 18 years of age or older, designated as single head of household, with at least one child under the age of 14, and are receiving CalWORKs/TANF). Please stop by the EOPS office for more information.
*Please note that completing an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Eligibility requirements mandated by Title 5 Regulations determine acceptance. Please call the EOPS office if you have any questions (714) 432-5817.
