COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update as of 5/21/2020:

At this time, Orange Coast College is closed until further notice out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our students, faculty, and staff. Virtual counseling services will begin on March 31, 2020, and will continue until further notice. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please note: The chat feature is compatible with Chrome and Firefox browsers only. Students using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge may experience technical problems when trying to connect to an online counseling session. 

How to access your appointment:

  1. Make sure your device has a webcam and microphone to communicate with the counselor. (This is ideal but not required).

  2. At the time of your appointment, go to the link that was provided in the Appointment Confirmation (please check your email).

  3. Click on Canvas logo on the left. (Shown Below)Cranium Canvas Log-in.jpg

  4. Use your MyCoast Username and password to log in.

  5. If the counselor is in session with another student, you will be required to wait in the LOBBY.  Once the counselor is ready for your appointment, you will be added to the next session.

  6. To end the session, click on Exit Meeting to take the survey and log out
