Walk-In Hours to meet with a Specialist – Please anticipate a waiting time of at least 30 minutes. All students will be served on a first come first service basis.

Return of Financial Aid funds
Return of Title IV Calculation: Fall 2013 (November 1st, 2013) / Spring 2014 (April 7th, 2014) - fund return dates for those students who withdraw from all classes prior to 60% of course completion.
Freeze Date: Fall 2013 (October 28th, 2013) / Spring 2014 (April 7th, 2014) / Summer 2014 (July 16th, 2014) -The classes you are enrolled in as of the “Freeze Date” each semester will determine the amount of grant funding you will receive. Financial Aid will only pay for courses added before the freeze date. This will only affect you if you have a change in your enrollment status, not a complete withdrawal from all of your classes.
Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy
Higher One Card
The Higher One MasterCard Debit Card is used for activating a refund preference for Financial Aid Disbursements and/or if you paid your registration fees by cash, check, or in-person credit card transaction and are eligible for a refund. The MasterCard debit card is one option for receiving your financial aid (grants and loans) or refund. If you choose to open a checking account with Higher One (fees may apply-See Fee Schedule), your funds will be directly deposited to your HigherOne account and you will also be able to use the MasterCard you received as a debit card (fees may apply-transactions processed as a swipe and sign do not have a fee). There are other options, which include a direct deposit to your existing checking or savings account or a paper check (mailed to you).
Requesting for a Direct Loan
Students who are interested in a student loan must email a request to email@example.com . Loan processing timeline is within 2-3 weeks.
2014-2015 Loan Deadlines
Last day for Fall 2013 loan request is November 17th, 2014.
Last day for Spring 2014 loan requests is May 4th, 2015.
