How It Works Page​

  • You will be sent a refund selection kit in a green envelope.  For this reason, it is important to keep your address up to date on MyCoast.


  • To Select a Refund Option:

    • Log in to
    • Onced logged in, click on the Bankmobile link
    • You will be directed to the BankMobile website where you will select your refund. 
  • Refund Options:

    • Electronic Deposit to an Exising Account
      • Money is transferred to an existing account the same business day BankMobile receives funds from Coast Colleges.  Typically, it takes 1-2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account
    • Deposit to a BankMobile Vibe Checking Account
      • If you open a BankMobile Vibe checking account(upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from Coast Colleges.

  • An e-mail notification will be sent to you from BankMobile once your refund is processed and disbursed to you.  You can also check the status of your refund online or sign up to receive mobile alerts.
  • BankMobile offers fee-free access to over 55,000 Allpoint ATMs.  Visit to find the nearest free withdrawl ATM.  Review Guide to Services and Fees.
  • If you choose to open an account with BankMobile, they are required to properly identify each of its account holders due to federal regulations.  You may be required to submit proof of identity to meet the requirements of the Customer Identification Program (CIP).
