Kapi Residences Student Housing
Kapi provides off-campus student housing that is very affordable, convenient and easy to book for students. Kapi Residences provides fully furnished apartments that are within close distance from Orange Coast College (OCC). Placement includes up to 2 students per bedroom through shared housing; private rooms can also be arranged. Utilities and twice a month cleaning service are also included in the rental rates.
