The Orange Coast College Dance Department will compete in the American College Dance Association National Festival at 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 28.
Chosen because of their artistic excellence, OCC will present a strategy piece by guest artist Mike Esperanza.
OCC is one of 34 colleges and universities invited to this national college dance festival at the Carpenter Performing Arts Center in Long Beach, California.
Celebrating its 50th anniversary, ACDA is the largest organization serving dance in higher education in the United States. This event showcases the next generation of dancers and choreographers selected from colleges and universities across the country.
