Community members are invited to do their holiday shopping at the 24th Annual OCC Mudslingers Holiday Ceramic Sale on Friday, Dec. 1, and Saturday, Dec. 2.
The sale will run from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on both days and will be in the College's Art Center, room 113. Parking for the event is available in Lot D on Merrimac Way.
Shoppers will find hundreds of unique items at the event, ranging from functional to sculptural and decorative objects. Intermediate and advanced OCC ceramics students created these unique items. All proceeds will go to the students and Mudslingers Ceramic Club.
The OCC Mudslingers Holiday Ceramic Sale has been an exclusive and well-run event since 1999 when Mudslingers became the official name for the ceramics club on campus. However, students have sold their ceramic work at OCC for over 40 years.
