Orange Coast College student dancers will perform everything from modern to jazz to hip-hop routines during the College’s Fall Student Dance Showcase on Thursday, December 4 at 7 p.m. in the Robert B. Moore Theatre.

The Fall Student Dance Showcase serves an informal end-of-semester presentation featuring classroom material and works in progress. This year’s program includes a wide range of dance styles, such as modern, jazz, hip-hop, ballet, contemporary, tap, Latin, and Mexican Folklorico. Students of all levels will perform in short works created by or in collaboration with OCC Dance faculty.

“Our wonderful, semester-end Student Dance Showcase is a great community building event,” says Dance Department Chair Rachel Berman. “It is an informal culmination of our student's hard work and offers a chance for dancers of all levels to participate and perform on stage! For family and friends, it is also a glimpse into the diverse offerings of the OCC Dance Department.”

Tickets are available for purchase at the OCC Tickets website for $10.
