In Memoriam: Retired Senior Staff Assistant Judy Lindsay

Retired Classified employee Judy Lindsay died on Sept. 18, 2021. Lindsay was an  Orange Coast College graduate, and worked at the College for 28 years. She retired as a senior staff assistant in OCC’s Instructional Services Area in 2002, and the following year she was selected as Secretary/Treasurer of the College’s Emeritus Institute. In her retirement she was an active volunteer in the community and served as the president of the board of directors for the Costa Mesa Community Center.

Lindsay was preceded in death by her son, and leaves behind her daughter, Lori, who writes of her mother “Her much deserved wings are spread wide.. ready for the Heavens.”
