I want to take a moment to reflect on the heart of our mission—student success. At Orange Coast College, everything we do is centered around empowering and supporting our students as they pursue their educational goals.
This weekend, we have the opportunity to celebrate and cheer on our talented students:
- Women’s Basketball competes in the 3C2A State Quarterfinals today at 1 p.m. at Mt. SAC.
- OCC’s Hot Food Team is in Las Vegas, Nevada, representing OCC in the 2025 American Culinary Federation's Western Regional Student Team Competition—best of luck to them!
- OCC Speech, Debate, and Theatre Team recently won first place in overall sweepstakes at the Pacific Southwest Collegiate Forensics Assocation Spring Championship Tournament and is now competing in the 2025 California Community College Forensic Association State Championships at Moorpark College. Congratulations to our team for their regional success—we wish them continued momentum!
