Thanks to the work of both coaches and student-athletes, Measure C funds have drastically improved the athletic facilities at Orange Coast College.  In addition to the new state-of-the-art, 49,000-square-foot Fitness Complex, OCC has recently added new tennis courts, new locker room facilities, upgraded gymnasium amenities and a state-of-the-art Aquatics Pavilion. 

Athletic Training Room

The OCC Athletic Training Facility is located inside the new Kinesiology & Athletics building, next to parking lot H.  Hours of operation are 10:00 AM to 6:00 P.M Monday through Friday. In addition, athletic trainers are on site during all home athletic events. 


Baseball Field

The baseball field has recently undergone a dramatic facelift with the implementation of FieldTurf, a state-of-the-art synthetic turf approved for use by the NFL, MLB, NCAA and FIFA. 
 

Fitness Complex

The new state-of-the-art, 49,000-square-foot Fitness Complex is located just north of OCC’s LeBard Stadium, off Monitor Way and Fairview Rd. It is a two-story structure that includes a large multipurpose room, utilized as a gymnasium or large group instruction facility. The complex is equipped with an equipment room, a 6,000-square-foot Strength Lab, a 2,600-square-foot Cardio Lab, an Exercise Science Testing Lab, and a fitness studio and classroom.

 


Gymnasium

Located adjacent to parking lot A, the Gymnasium hosts the Men's and Women's Volleyball and Basketball team games and also general education classes in Volleyball, Basketball, and Badminton. 
 

LeBard Stadium

Used for Soccer and Football, LeBard Stadium has recently undergone a dramatic facelift with the implementation of FieldTurf, a state-of-the-art synthetic turf. 

 


Locker Rooms

OCC's new and improved locker room facilities are located inside the new gym annex, across the way from Peterson Gym.  The locker rooms are open from 7:45 A.M. until 6:45 P.M. Monday through Friday.

OCC Aquatic Pavilion

Located behind the new Kinesiology & Athletics building host the Men's and Women's Water Polo teams and the State Champion Men's and Women's Swim Teams and Diving Teams. Instructional swimming courses and Adapted Kinesiology courses are also held here.

There is a shallow pool and a deep water pool. 

 


Soccer Field

The Soccer Field has recently undergone a dramatic facelift with the implementation of FieldTurf, a state-of-the-art synthetic turf.  

Tennis Complex

The brand-new OCC Tennis Complex is located behind the baseball and soccer fields on Monitor Way, across from the Fitness Complex.  

 


Track

The All Weather Track has recently undergone a dramatic facelift with the implementation of FieldTurf, a state-of-the-art synthetic turf.
