ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Jamf program prepares students for in-demand roles in IT device management by developing skills in configuring, deploying, and securing Apple devices in organizational settings.
Students gain hands-on experience with Jamf Pro and Jamf Protect - industry-standard tools used by businesses, schools, and government agencies - to manage macOS, iOS, and iPadOS environments.
This program provides essential workforce preparation for entry-level IT support, systems administration, and mobile device management positions, while also providing a foundation for advanced study or industry certification in Apple technology management.
Includes three courses:
- CHT A080N - Apple Device Support
- CHT A085N - Jamf Training Foundation
- ITRN A099N - Internship or Work Experience – Noncredit
Upon successful completion of the program, students will earn a Certificate of Completion.
