ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
This is a noncredit course designed to help English learners planning to pursue an ALH program. Special attention will be given to improving their understanding of elements of English pronunciation and spelling to help them become more familiar with language parts such as roots, suffixes and prefixes as they prepare to take medical terminology. Additional support will be given to their ability to comprehend academic lectures and written texts.
