Eric Wilson, Ph.D. (Educational Technology Trainer)
Eric has been with the Coast District for over 20 years as a trainer and part-time faculty. Eric was involved with online learning from the beginning of 2002 and has worked with over 2,000 faculty and staff. Eric has been involved with several transitions, including WebCT, Blackboard Vista, and Blackboard Learn. One of his favorite events is developing and producing different educational boot camps which are very popular throughout the District.
Eric also is a volunteer for @One and OEI (Online Education Initiative) and is a certified course and ADA reviewer for OEI. In January 2022, Eric successfully completed his Doctorate at Grand Canyon University in the area of Technology Integration with Education, Psychology. In summary, an educational psychologist.
Sue Harlan, MS ED (Educational Technologies Associate)
Sue joined Canvas Support in February 2016, after 20 years teaching English and 10 years in educational technology. She has extensive experience in classroom instruction and educational technology. Most recently Sue earned her Masters in Instructional Design from San Diego State University. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of instruction and technology with our OCC community.
