ARC's Learning Center, established in 1975, is an integral service unique to OCC's ARC program, and offers a variety of courses that employ diverse instructional methods, such as computer-assisted instruction, direct instruction, and individualized instruction. These classes are tailored to meet the specific needs of individual students, equip students with effective strategies for academic success in transferable English and Math courses, and help students reach their full academic potential.

- LRNG O20: Life, Academic, and Employment Skills for Students with Disabilities B
- This course is designed to provide strategies for life, academic, and employment success for students with learning differences;
- LRNG 040: Learning Skills-Writing
- This course is designed for students with learning differences who need to improve their basic Writing skills;
- LRNG 041N: Learning Skills-Writing Lab
- This laboratory course is designed for students with learning differences who are concurrently enrolled in transferable English courses and other academic courses that require extensive writing;
- LRNG 050: Learning Strategies for Success in Math
- This course is designed for students with learning differences who need to enhance and build confidence in Mathematics;
- LRNG 051N: Learning Strategies for Success in Math-Lab
