Welcome to the Veterans Resource Center (VRC) — a dedicated space on campus where student veterans, dependents, and spouses can study, recharge, and find community.
The VRC focuses on your academic journey. Our supportive staff is here to connect you with academic counseling, campus resources, and support services to help you thrive in the classroom and beyond. Stop by to grab a snack or coffee, relax in our lounge, or use our computer lab and free printing. The VRC can also assist with textbooks, course materials, or technology.
New to OCC? Start with Veterans Services for help with VA benefits and GI Bill certification — then come see us at the VRC to build your academic plan and connect with your campus community.
Services available in the VRC:
- Computer lab (x8 PCs & x2 iMacs)
- Free printing (Max 10 pages)
- Printer w/ scanning & copying capabilities
- Technology Loan Program (HP laptops & various calculators)
- Snacks
Resources available to OCC veteran and veteran dependent students include

- Meal Plans
- Academic Supply Stipends
- VRC Relief Funds
Resources are subject to the availability of funds. Eligibility to receive resources includes enrollment in OCC courses and good standing with the College.
