The IOTA XI (ΙΞ) Society is the premier honor society for students in the computing and information disciplines at Orange Coast College. Our mission is to foster academic excellence, promote original research, and create a supportive community for students, alumni, and faculty. Members benefit from networking opportunities, exclusive events, and industry connections that enhance their educational and professional journeys. Upcoming Events Hosted by Us:

- Meetings: Every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month 5:00-6:00pm.
- Location: The Garrison Honor Center at OCC Campus.
- Format: Both online and offline participation is welcome.
- Content: Discussions, workshops, and collaborative projects.
- Hackathon at OCC: November 8-10th, 2024
- Participation: Open to all community college students as hackers.
- Roles: Judges and mentors can join if they are qualified individuals.
- Volunteering: Opportunities available for all interested in contributing.
- Awards: Certificates and Scholarships to outstanding hackers.
