While we often talk about wellness in terms of eight dimensions, it’s important to remember that achieving perfect balance across all of them isn’t the goal. Instead, it’s about discovering what works best for you.
These dimensions are deeply interconnected. You’ll likely find that certain areas—like stress, finances, or mental health—can impact multiple parts of your well-being.
