About Wellness Wednesdays

Wellness Tip Wednesday is a fun way to learn more about the 8 Dimensions of Wellness by checking in with yourself during the busy school semester.

Each week on Wednesday, students can pick up a Wellness Wednesday Tip of the Day from a Wellness Checkpoint across campus. There will be a QR code on the Wellness Tip card to Scan to Check-in. You get to keep the card with the tip! Those who consistently enroll each week, will be entered into a raffle with the opportunity to win a prize! Winners will be contacted via their student OCC email to pick up their prize.

Where to Get Wellness Tips

Our Wellness Checkpoints are located at:

  • The Hub- Watson Hall room 110
  • Student Health Center- building 89 between Watson Hall and Gymnasium
  • Health and Wellness Center- Fitness Complex 200
