It’s like a tasting menu for the theatre! A evening of short dramatic and comic scenes, monologues, songs and more will feature the talents of our newest members of the Rep along with our returning Rep members. Both modern and classical works provide something for everyone.

Inherit the Wind

Faculty-Directed mainstage productions in the Drama Lab Theatre

What is truth? Who decides?   A young teacher is arrested for presenting scientific ideas in his small-town classroom and a fierce battle of forces erupts. Two giants of the law argue the merits of science, faith, education and intellectual freedom in this compelling and classic courtroom drama by Jerome Lawrence and R.E. Lee, directed by Wyn Moreno.

An Old Fashioned Christmas Melodrama and Ice Cream Social

    The Return of the Peppermint Prince 

This year our annual children’s comic melodrama visits the town of Sweetieville, where the evil villain Simon Snodgrass, D.D.S. is trying to spoil Christmas once again!

Can our dashing royal hero and our brave heroine Kandy Kane defeat Simon's evil plot? Find out as you boo the villain and cheer the hero, join in a holiday singalong, enjoy the children’s joke contest, and also a free ice cream treat! A very special visitor is also expected…

Tickets are sold online only: $5.00 for all children 12 and under, Students/Seniors: $10.00, General Public: $15.00.

   Shakespeare’s comic masterpiece of disguise, mistaken identity and romance comes alive in a brilliant new adaptation featuring a scintillating original jazz-funk score by Shaina Taub and Kwame Kwei-Arma.

One Act Play Festival 2026

OCC Theatre Repertory: student-directed REP productions in the Drama Lab Studio

This eclectic festival is an annual tradition.
As the culmination of our year, The Rep presents a wide variety of both published plays and original works by Rep playwrights who work all year on these plays for you, under the supervision of The Rep's playwriting advisor Sean Wellengard.
We have two show orders to accomodate every play; come see both to enjoy them all!
          We don't know what our one-acts will be this spring- they have not been written yet! Please follow us on social media or revisit this page for more information in mid-May.
ORDER A - playing Saturday May 23 at 2:30pm and Sunday May 24 at 7:30pm
ORDER B- playing Saturday May 23 at 7:30pm and Sunday May 24 at 2:30pm
