OCC provides some humor during this election year as we visit American politics in a classic romantic comedy. When the shady businessman Harry Brock comes to Washington DC to make "deals" with some senators he brings along his mistress, the gum-snapping ex-chorus girl Billie. Finding Billie's social skills and ignorance of politics an embarrassment, Brock hires a local writer to teach her some basics. Billie proves a quick study and as she learns American history, her eyes are opened to how the game of politics is really played. When she sees what Harry is really up to, the fireworks begin!
