STEM Explorers: Inspiring the Next Generation of Innovators

Soldering Camp

Our world relies on circuit boards, but how are they made and how do they work? Learn how to make your own circuit board with our exciting soldering camp! 

* Please note that this camp involves hot irons and melting metal. Allowed ages will be strictly enforced.

Catapults and Castles

Take part in your own medieval siege! In this camp, we'll build catapults to launch projectiles at towers. Who'll build the towers? You! Using dry spaghetti and gumdrops, construct the strongest tower you can to defend yourself against the catapults. Will your tower withstand the onslaught, or will your catapult take down a tower?

Allowed ages: 8-11

Participation fee: $5
