Late/No show Policy
It is the student's responsibility to check their email for appointment confirmation details. Please email the transfercenter@occ.cccd.edu if it is not received, to avoid missing your appointment, or please call 714-432-5894 . Additionally, as a courtesy to others and to avoid excess "no shows", if unable to attend please contact the Transfer Center to cancel.
LATE: The grace-period for late appointments is 15-minutes. If a student is 15-minutes late, a counselor may not be able to see them or their time will be limited to the time that is left. A student may need to reschedule for a different day if appointments are available. After the 15-minute grace period, and there was no notice, the student will be marked as a no-show.
NO-SHOW: Students are allowed up to three no-shows before their access to scheduling future appointments becomes limited. As a courtesy, we ask that if you are not able to attend your appointment for any reason, please cancel the appointment at least 60-minutes before the scheduled time.
