Now that you're admitted, check out the Next Steps for New Students video and review these helpful reminders.

• Log-in to the MyCoast portal and check your student email account. Be sure to check it regularly for important correspondence from various OCC offices regarding tuition and fee payment, registration, etc. Here's a short video on How to Access Your Student Email Account.

• Find your placement recommendations on the MyCoast portal on the My Records page under Unofficial Transcripts. View this video on How to Understand Your Course Recommendations.

• Review the View My Eligibility checklist available through MyCoast to ensure you're ready for registration. Check out this video to help you - Check Your Registration Eligibility Checklist.

• Check your financial aid status and submit any outstanding documents through MyCoast. The financial aid status may be accessed through MyCoast portal> Financial Aid > Financial Aid Requirements.

• Check the Registration Periods for registration dates and register for classes through MyCoast portal.
