Applications are accepted year-round and reviewed on a rolling basis.
If you are a U.S. permanent resident, U.S. citizen, or fall under other study-eligible visa categories such as F-2, H-2, L-2, etc., please apply through the OCC Enrollment Center.

Check Your Inbox: Kindly review your email inbox, including the Spam/Junk folders, for messages from occinternational@cccd.edu sent to the email(s) you specified on your application.

Email Verification: Should you still not have received any correspondence, reach out to occinternational@cccd.edu to request an update on your application status. In your email, please provide your complete name, date of birth, and contact details to facilitate verification.

Email Account Alert: Users utilizing email accounts from domains such as 163.com, 126.com, qq.com, and hotmail.com have occasionally encountered difficulties in receiving our emails. If you possess an account from any of these domains, we advise including an alternate email address on your application form to ensure seamless communication.
Step 3: Getting Accepted
Incomplete Application: If your application is not yet complete, you will be sent a follow-up email detailing the required document(s). Please ensure that any missing documents are submitted through the application portal.
Completed Application: Once the admission review process is finalized, you will receive a decision by email. If you are admitted a subsequent email will provide your MyCoast login credentials and outline the subsequent steps necessary for enrollment and arrival. Your I-20 form will be dispatched to your OCC student email address within one month from the date of program acceptance.
