On-campus recruiting is available mid-September through mid-December and mid-February through May. There is no on-campus recruiting from June through August.

The OCC Waterfront Campus is hosting a Careers Showcase for Maritime students on May 2, 2025. If you have jobs for maritime students, please contact Karen Keup at kkeup@cccd.edu for more information.

The Career Center will be looking to partner with local employers, alumni and community organizations to engage OCC students in a variety of ways. The goal of these partnerships is not to recruit for a specific position, but rather to provide educational opportunities to students about professionalism, career readiness, industry best practices, "day in the life" perspectives and much more. Opportunities may include guest speaking, panels, office hours and industry nights.
