Go to Pirate Job Lookout.
Select Employers as your user type
Log in with your employer account information. If you are new to the system and need to create an account, select Sign Up and Post Job and follow the instructions.

On-campus recruiting is available mid-September through mid-December and mid-February through May. There is no on-campus recruiting from June through August.

Career Fairs at Orange Coast College are a great way to network with a diverse group of students while marketing your company or organization and recruiting for your open position(s).

Employers with available employment opportunities, please use the OCC online job portal – Pirate Job Lookout – to post jobs. Please review our posting instructions in the Post a Position section.

The Career Center will be looking to partner with local employers, alumni and community organizations to engage OCC students in a variety of ways. The goal of these partnerships is not to recruit for a specific position, but rather to provide educational opportunities to students about professionalism, career readiness, industry best practices, "day in the life" perspectives and much more. Opportunities may include guest speaking, panels, office hours and industry nights.
